Safety is our top priority. All our products (including our Play Dough and Sensory Kits) are made from 100% non-toxic, child-safe, and eco-friendly materials. They fully comply with international toy safety standards (such as ASTM F963, CE, and CPC). However, we always recommend adult supervision during playtime, especially for children under 3 years old.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. Order processing takes an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships out!

To keep your dough soft and pliable, always store it in its air-tight container immediately after playing. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it gets a little dry, just add a drop or two of water and knead it thoroughly to restore its texture!

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can directly update the delivery address for you. In that case, you must notify us immediately, or you can also send an email to crellocius@gmail.com

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend waiting for the package to arrive in the destination country before contacting the local post office to update the delivery address.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediatelyy to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at crellocius@gmail.com within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are so sorry for the trouble! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us at crellocius@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will happily send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
